Storage Recommendations

  • Cake pops can be stored at room temperature in a cool environment for up to two days after collection

  • Cake pops can be refrigerated for up to one week after collection

  • Cake pops can be frozen for up to one month after collection

  • Cake pops are best enjoyed at room temperature and within 5 days of collection regardless of if they’ve been refridgerated or frozen

Policies

  • Unforunately, I cannot accommodate allergies or food sensitivities

  • Listed prices are subject to change

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days from when they are sent to you

  • Orders must be placed a minimum of two weeks prior to collection date and are subject to availability

  • Orders can be discussed and placed through email at cakepopsiclesbysam@gmail.com,

  • Payment can be made by e-transfer to an email address that will be provided once your order has been accepted

  • Deposits equal to 50% of the full cost of the order are due in order to confirm the order once it has been accepted

  • The remaining 50% of the cost of the order is due 24 hours before collection date

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Custom order pricing is determined individually

  • Orders must meet the minimum quantity of 20 cake popsicles and a maximum quantity of 80

  • If changes must be made to your order by Sam, they will be communicated before being made, and if not accepted, a full refund of the deposit will be provided

  • Order change requests by the customer must be made at least 72 hours before collection date and are not guaranteed

  • No refunds will be provided for taste or decor preferences after collection unless product quality is objectively wrong

  • Severe weather, illness, or emergencies may require cancellation or rescheduling by Sam, and changes or cancellations will be communicated as soon as possible with refunds provided as appropriate

  • Orders are for pickup only, delivery is not possible

  • Pickup must take place between 7-8:30am and 5:30-7:30pm Monday to Friday or 8-9:30am and 2-5pm Saturday and Sunday unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon

  • Once the product has been picked up, the customer is responsible for the safe transport and storage of the product

  • Products will not match inspiration photos exactly

  • Colours and appearance may vary

  • Handmade products are unique

  • Sam reserves the right to photograph products from your order for use on social media and other promotional materials both digital and printed

  • All food safety guidelines and requirements for low-risk home-prepared food as outlined by the Alberta Government are faithfully practiced
